Ian Brennan | Head of Customer Success

Ian joined Scriba in 2019, bringing an extensive background in marketing, SaaS, and customer acquisition.

As head of customer success, Ian collaborates with clients to learn an in-depth knowledge of how their business works, and what their content marketing goals are. Ian then works with the internal writing team to build and deliver content that is custom-tailored to each partner.

Ian also serves as the go-to writer for several clients in the finance, technology, and B2C niches.

When Ian is not in this remote office (which he built above his family’s barn, in Finland!) he is most likely spending time with his wife and two daughters, or playing basketball, the accordion, the guitar, or working on some project or other around his house.
