Ian Brennan | Managing Partner, Head of Customer Success
Ian joined Scriba in 2019, bringing an extensive background in marketing, SaaS, and customer acquisition.
As head of customer success, Ian forms close relationships with clients to understand the ins and outs of their businesses. Most importantly, with a focus on how properly executed content can help them grow. He then collaborates with Scriba’s writers to deliver content that captures each partner’s unique voice and business goals.
Ian also serves as the go-to writer for several clients in the finance, technology, and B2C niches.
When Ian is not working in this remote office, he’s most likely spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing basketball, the guitar, accordion, etc., or working on some project or other. His experience living and working abroad (and speaking Italian, Finnish, and some German) helps him build meaningful connections with a wide range of people.
