Ian joined Scriba in 2019, bringing an extensive background in marketing, SaaS, and customer acquisition.
As head of CS, Ian forms close relationships with clients to understand the ins and outs of their businesses. Most importantly, he focuses on how properly executed content can help them grow. He then collaborates with Scriba’s in-house writers to deliver content that captures each partner’s unique voice and business goals.
Ian also serves as the go-to writer for several clients in the finance, technology, and B2C niches.

Justin is co-founder of Scriba and head of content who enjoys telling stories about how technology, science, and creativity can help workers be more productive.
